Our History
Calvary Baptist Church (or “CBC”) has been worshipping the Triune God of Holy Scripture in the Exeter, NH area for more than 60 years. The church began in 1962 as a small Bible study and gradually grew into an established congregation. Pastor D. Scott Meadows is the church’s fourth pastor and has faithfully served the brethren since 1991. Long committed to conservative, Bible-believing Christianity, CBC formally adopted the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith in 1999. After several decades of worship at its Little River Road location, the church sold that property (pictured here) and moved to its current home at 307 Epping Road in 2024.
