A confessional Reformed Baptist congregation…
What is a confessional Reformed Baptist church?
We are a body of believers devoted to worshipping God and living the Christian life in a manner that honors Him and conforms to His revealed will in the Holy Scriptures. We confess that the heart of the Bible is the pure and powerful gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. We embrace this glorious good news with all our hearts and proclaim it without apology, being fully persuaded that there is no salvation apart from true and sincere faith in this Christ. If you have any uncertainty about this vital message of God’s salvation in Jesus Christ, we would count it a joy and privilege to share it with you.
- Confessional – We wholeheartedly subscribe to the 1689 Second London Baptist Confession of Faith as a faithful and helpful summary of the key doctrines of Scripture—concerning God, man, Christ, salvation, life in the church, and the coming judgment.
- Reformed – We stand in the tradition of the Protestant Reformation and gladly affirm its key Reformed doctrines, often summarized as the “Five Solas.”
- Baptist – We practice baptism by immersion for believers who publicly confess Christ and desire to join themselves to our congregation.
